A Harvard University study shows that a diet rich in plant-based foods and low in meat and dairy is linked to a better quality of life in prostate cancer patients.

This diet reduces erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence and improves hormonal health.

Eating more fruit, vegetables, grains, and nuts, and limiting meat and dairy, can improve sexual function and urinary health in these patients.

Although dietary changes do not affect the malignancy of prostate cancer, they can improve quality of life and overall health.
