International program

We care for patients from all over Latin America and abroad.

Patients who travel from Latin America, the United States and Spain access an integrated institutional flow: virtual triage, an asynchronous second opinion within 72 business hours, logistics coordination and remote postoperative follow-up. No commitment to travel until the indication is clear.

How we work · International program

A clear flow, with no surprises.

The flow is designed so that the clinical decision precedes the commitment to travel. The second opinion is asynchronous and covers a full reading of the studies, the preliminary surgical plan and the cost estimate.

01 · Discovery

You arrive at the site from a specific search or by referral. You read the page of the procedure that interests you. You decide whether you want to talk with the team.

02 · Qualification

You complete the intake form. You upload studies (CT, MRI, biopsy, semen analysis, whatever applies) through a secure channel.

03 · Second opinion

Within 72 business hours, the director or an associate reviews the studies and issues an asynchronous opinion with a short video summary and a preliminary plan.

04 · Plan + estimate

If you decide to proceed, you receive a detailed clinical proposal, an integrated estimate (in-person consultation, hospital stay, surgery, postoperative follow-up) and a preliminary schedule.

05 · Coordination

A dedicated coordinator assists you with the airport, transfers, accommodation and logistics, an interpreter when applicable and the schedule of the in-person consultation.

06 · Treatment

In-person pre-surgery consultation, hospital stay, surgery and the start of recovery. Hospital stay according to the procedure; documented discharge with detailed instructions in the patient’s language.

07 · Follow-up

Postoperative telemedicine, with coordinated follow-up.

Once you return to your country, follow-up continues by video consultation according to the case plan. Reports are generated in the patient’s language and are also shared with the local treating physician when there is a referral. That continuity is what distinguishes the international program from an isolated surgery.

Buenos Aires · UMIBA

Jesica P. Vazquez, General Coordinator, is the patient’s human interface with the center from the first message to the postoperative follow-up. She documents every interaction in the institutional medical record and operates as an extension of the medical team, not as an agency or a commercial intermediary.

Her practical role covers the initial clinical triage, logistics coordination (flights, transfers, accommodation assistance), administrative management (estimates) and the continuity of the postoperative follow-up. That concentration in a single person is what allows the patient not to repeat their case to several different contacts.

Coverage · Program scope

Coordination and cost transparency, case by case.

The details of coverage, conditions and authorization times are discussed by direct inquiry, case by case. Transparency about costs comes before any administrative coordination.
