Terms governing access to and use of the umiba.org site: its informational and institutional nature, intellectual property, limitations of liability and the applicable legal framework.

Definitions applicable throughout.

For the purposes of this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy: UMIBA or the CONTROLLER refers to Dr. Gonzalo J. Vitagliano, CUIT 20-24043104-2, with legal domicile at Av. Pueyrredón 1752, Recoleta (C1118AAN), Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, owner of the center Urología Mini Invasiva Buenos Aires; the SITE refers to this institutional website and its subdomains; the USER refers to any person who accesses the SITE; PERSONAL DATA and SENSITIVE DATA have the scope assigned to them by Law No. 25.326.

First. Ownership. The SITE is the property of UMIBA. Its access and use confer the status of USER and imply full acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access.

Second. Purpose and informational nature. The SITE has an institutional and informational purpose regarding UMIBA's high-complexity urological practice. Its content does not constitute medical advice nor substitute professional consultation, in accordance with the Medical Disclaimer.

Third. Conditions of use. The USER undertakes to use the SITE in accordance with the law, good faith and this Notice, and to refrain from any use that affects its operation, its rights or those of third parties.

Fourth. Intellectual property. The texts, images, trademarks, logos, design and code of the SITE belong to UMIBA or its licensors and are protected by Law No. 11.723. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is not authorized without express written authorization.

Fifth. Links to third-party sites. The SITE may contain links to third-party sites. UMIBA does not control or answer for their content or their privacy policies; access to them is the responsibility of the USER.

Sixth. Availability and security. UMIBA seeks the continuous availability of the SITE and adopts reasonable security measures, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions or errors beyond its control.

Seventh. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMIBA shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the SITE, nor for the information the USER obtains through it.

Eighth. Protection of personal data. The processing of the data collected through the SITE is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Notice.

Ninth. Modifications. UMIBA may modify this Notice and the presentation or content of the SITE at any time. The modifications take effect from their publication.

Tenth. Applicable law and jurisdiction. This Notice is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
