The approach is robotic or laparoscopic depending on the location and the case. For functioning tumors, coordination with endocrinology is part of the treatment from the outset.

The usual hospital stay is short. For functioning tumors, endocrine management continues during follow-up.
How this procedure is covered.
Direct in-network care is with the Hospital Alemán Medical Plan (PMHA). With the other health insurers (obras sociales) and prepaid plans, care is on a reimbursement basis. For private care, fees are stated transparently at the consultation.
