Let's do some training with Urotrainer! With Gonzalo Vitagliano and Maxi Ringa.

Today we had a great time in the operating room testing high-fidelity radical prostatectomy models and talking with the UroTrainer team, world leaders in urological simulation. Urologists Gonzalo Vitagliano and Maxi Ringa join us from Buenos Aires to tell us all about UroTrainer and why they have worked so hard to build these outstanding models, so residents can sharpen their skills in minimally invasive prostate and kidney surgery. They also tell us about their range of hands-on courses around the world and their innovative remote laparoscopic training courses, which let residents train from home under remote supervision.

Declan Murphy also joins residents Christa Babst and Eoin Dinneen in the operating room to test the validity of three prostatectomy models using the da Vinci surgical robot. These are outstanding simulation models, the best in the field in our view. Congratulations to the UroTrainer team, and keep up the great work.
